We're looking for a Senior Product Manager-Technical to own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for IMDb Pro's payments, subscriptions, membership growth, and API monetization capabilities. This role will define and drive the product experiences that power how professionals discover, sign up for, and retain IMDb Pro, globally, while also shaping how IMDb monetizes its data through API products. You will own the full membership lifecycle (acquisition, sign-up, payment, trial optimization, retention, and monetization) and partner on building scalable API monetization capabilities that unlock new revenue streams from IMDb's differentiated data assets. You will work with product marketing, sales, engineering, business development, and cross-Amazon teams (identity, payments, billing, AWS) to deliver solutions that grow subscribers, revenue, and data licensing value.

• Key job responsibilities
• Define the strategic vision and own the product roadmap for IMDb Pro payments, sign-up, and subscription growth, spanning acquisition, conversion, retention, and monetization.
• Drive experimentation across the membership funnel: sign-up flows, trial optimization, promotional strategies, pricing, and churn reduction initiatives.
• Own authentication, entitlement and subscription capabilities.
• Lead sign-up and payment experience localization to support IMDb Pro's international growth.
• Partner with data licensing stakeholders to extend entitlement and billing capabilities — including metering and tiered access provisioning — to support IMDb's API-based monetization needs.
• Partner with IMDb and Amazon teams to deliver scalable, compliant payment and billing solutions.
• Partner with cross-IMDb teams to align dependencies and drive subscription growth outcomes.
• Define and track key subscription and payments metrics; use data to prioritize the roadmap and drive business decisions.
• Build and maintain a quality framework for payment and sign-up flows, including test case libraries, automated regression coverage, and test account provisioning strategy.

About the team
You'll join the IMDb Pro and Licensing team, which spans IMDb's professional subscription and enterprise data licensing businesses. We serve entertainment professionals globally through IMDb Pro while powering industry experiences through data licensing and partnerships to studios, streamers, software companies, and more.

As Senior PMT for Growth & Payments, you'll own the payments, subscriptions, and monetization infrastructure powering both businesses. You'll partner across product, engineering, business development, marketing, and Amazon tech teams to build scalable solutions that grow subscribers globally and unlock new revenue streams.

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years of end to end product delivery experience
• 7+ years of technical product or program management experience
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
• Experience managing technical products or online services
• Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of BI analytics, reporting or visualization tools like Tableau, AWS Quick Sight, Cognos or other third-party tools
• Experience with AI/ML technologies
• Experience with APIs and technical integrations
• Experience in payments or e-commerce
• Experience applying generative AI or machine learning to product features, workflows, or customer experiences (e.g., AI-powered automation, intelligent recommendations, LLM-based tools)
• Experience launching or scaling products in international markets, including localization, local payment methods, or regional compliance (tax, regulatory)
• Experience with API product management, usage-based pricing models, or developer platform monetization
• Experience with subscription or membership businesses — including trial optimization, churn reduction, promotional strategy, or lifecycle management
• Experience with payments systems, billing infrastructure, or identity/authentication platforms

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
