Sr. Associate, Global Solutions and Risk Compliance (GSRC)
The Global Solutions and Risk Compliance (GSRC) organization is a component of Amazon's operations, dedicated to ensuring the compliance of its products and services worldwide. GSRC's core mission is to keep customers, partners, and associates safe while protecting the company from legal and regulatory risks. With a diverse global team spanning across India, China, Poland, Romania, Netherlands, Jordan, Philippines and Costa Rica, GSRC partners with its stakeholders to classify products and ensure regulatory and legal compliance for product listings. GSRC raises the bar on quality by implementing operational changes matching the everchanging regulatory space. The team designs global, consistent, and scalable solutions and prioritize a blend between technology-driven and human decision-making processes. Please note that while this role follows a remote setup, you must be physically based in Metro Manila, Cavite, Bulacan, Laguna, or Rizal throughout your employment, as these are the approved work locations for the role.
Additionally, please note that onboarding is scheduled for June 8, 2026 which is the only available start date for this role.
Key job responsibilities
As a Senior Compliance Associate, you will review product information against regulatory documentation to ensure compliance for Amazon listings. Using Amazon tools, you will classify products and address deviations from SOPs in collaboration with your manager and experts. You will prioritize tasks using reports to meet quality, productivity, and service targets. You may identify improvement opportunities, like automating reports with Excel, and contribute to SOP refinement. You will share expertise in knowledge-sharing sessions and mentor peers.
Required Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (data manipulation, pivot tables, etc.
- Basic SQL knowledge for data queries
- Experience with CRM tools
- Strong attention to detail and data analysis skills
- Problem-solving abilities with logical and creative approaches
- Commitment to research and data interpretation.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree holder
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and related applications
- Advanced English proficiency (B2 or equivalent) in both verbal and written communication
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of consumer product compliance processes and regulations
- Proven experience in regulatory compliance management, including working with government agencies
- 2+ years experience in Business Process Outsourcing across domains such as accounting, regulatory compliance, payment processing, IT services, human resources, or quality assurance
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including VBA
- Expertise in database querying (SQL)
- Experience as a quality auditor in retail chain management, Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) companies, or corporate environments
- Background in data analysis within quantitative fields, including the development of data and decision support systems
