Marketing Outbound Specialist, BR Marketing Engagement

We are looking for a creative, data-driven Marketing Outbound Manager to own and scale our Whats App Marketing channel in Brazil, while also driving innovation across Email and Push notification programs. This role requires a builder mindset — someone who can leverage existing tools and products to unlock new engagement strategies and meaningfully grow the Whats App channel as a high-impact, cost-efficient customer touchpoint.

• Key job responsibilities
• Own the Whats App channel roadmap: grow reach, engagement, and conversion through creative campaign strategies.
• Experiment with new message formats, content types, and customer journeys using available platform capabilities.
• Analyze channel performance, identify opportunities, and propose/run A/B tests to optimize results.
• Partner with tech and product teams to pilot new Whats App features and integrations.
• Build scalable playbooks and best practices for the channel.
• Support strategic improvements to Email and Push: content, personalization, and automation opportunities.
• Collaborate on lifecycle trigger strategies to improve engagement and retention.

Basic Qualifications

• Experience in professional non-internship marketing
• Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
• Speak, write, and read fluently in English
• Experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities, or experience in SQL Server/MySQL

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a marketing role and proficient with analytic tools
• Experience using integrated campaigns to solve brand/business challenges
