Amazon is seeking an analytical and action-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to drive supply chain process development and execution supporting Amazon's growth in Brazil. This role requires deep analytical skills, curiosity to understand complex systems, and bias for action in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you will lead the weekly planning process for our fulfillment centers, leveraging advanced analytics to optimize planning accuracy, implement improvements to reduce errors, and partner with FC and Finance teams to enhance operational productivity.

This position requires technical expertise in planning processes (manufacturing/ecommerce), strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to navigate ambiguity while managing complex stakeholder relationships.

• Key job responsibilities
• Forecast inbound/outbound/transfers volumes at Fulfillment Center (FC) weekly and daily grain;
  -Set up processes to improve forecasting accuracy with an objective to minimize cost and maximize operations productivity;
  -Make the existing processes scalable by identifying and implementing available tools/automation;
  -Own day-to-day operations execution and implement quick actions to keep adhering to the plan.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (any domain)
• Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)
• Experience in Supply Chain, working with operational/tactical planning at weekly and daily levels (inbound/outbound)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
• Experience with statistical methods (e.g., A/B Testing, Regression)
• Experience in defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics
