In this role, you'll leverage your analytical expertise to plan capacity and improve utilization, directly impacting our ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

This is a high-visibility role where your analytical rigor and program management expertise directly translate to customer delivery performance and cost efficiency at scale.

  • Key job responsibilities
  • Own the fleet capacity planning program end-to-end: define methodology, build mechanisms, drive adoption across business units
  • Design and implement decision-making frameworks that translate complex fleet utilization data into actionable allocation recommendations for senior leadership
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives spanning Operations, Finance, Network Planning, and Technology to optimize fleet deployment against demand signals
  • Build and maintain the metrics ecosystem for fleet utilization, identifying trends and driving corrective actions before they become customer-impacting
  • Develop scalable mechanisms (WBRs, dashboards, escalation paths) that enable the organization to self-serve on capacity decisions
  • Influence stakeholders across multiple business units to adopt standardized fleet planning approaches

A day in the life
Your day will be a dynamic blend of strategic problem-solving and collaborative innovation. You'll dive into fleet allocation plans, and engage with cross-functional teams to ensure our delivery network operates at peak performance.
