Our team is focused on making it easier for advertisers to discover, understand, and successfully leverage solutions such as Sponsored Brands, full-funnel advertising strategies, measurement tools, and emerging AI-powered capabilities.

Within Amazon Ads' Global Performance Marketing organization, we are seeking an experienced marketing leader to own Brand Owner Growth for SMB advertisers worldwide. This role is responsible for defining and executing end-to-end growth strategies, lifecycle marketing programs, and multi-channel Go-To-Market initiatives that drive awareness, adoption, engagement, and long-term utilization of Amazon Ads’ brand-building solutions. The candidate will leverage customer insights, segmentation analysis, experimentation, and performance data to identify growth opportunities, influence product and marketing roadmaps, and develop scalable customer experiences that help advertisers mature from foundational advertising products to more advanced full-funnel marketing strategies.

  • Key job responsibilities

  • Serve as the single-threaded owner for Brand Owner Growth within SMB Global Performance Marketing, defining and executing strategies that drive adoption of Sponsored Brands, full-funnel advertising solutions, and other brand-building capabilities.

  • Leverage Voice of Customer (VOC) research, advertiser feedback, segmentation, and performance data to identify growth opportunities, remove adoption barriers, and inform marketing, product, and roadmap decisions.

  • Develop and scale global, multi-channel Go-To-Market programs across Email, Seller Central, Ads Console, Amazon Ads Academy, and educational content to drive awareness, engagement, adoption, and retention.

  • Partner with Product, Sales, Finance, Product Marketing, and Marketing Effectiveness & Insights teams to influence roadmap priorities, launch new capabilities, and integrate solutions into scalable lifecycle marketing journeys.

  • Own quarterly and annual planning for Brand Owner Growth goals, including business case development, roadmap prioritization, success metrics, and stakeholder alignment.

  • Drive continuous optimization through experimentation, audience segmentation, lifecycle measurement, and performance analysis to improve advertiser engagement, retention, and long-term value.

  • Lead adoption of measurement solutions, AI-enabled advertising tools, and partner technology integrations while building scalable education and enablement programs.

  • Establish operational mechanisms, automation, and reporting frameworks to monitor adoption, engagement, attributed revenue, and long-term customer growth outcomes.

Basic Qualifications

  • 8+ years of driving compelling creative strategy and execution at an agency or in-house creative team experience
  • Bachelor's degree

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience developing cross-functional relationships with product, consumer research and marketing teams to develop strategy and consumer insights that drive compelling creative executions
  • Experience leading creative development of innovative creative from concept to delivery
  • Experience managing multiple projects and meeting aggressive deadlines
  • 5+ years of experience developing and executing customer lifecycle, growth marketing, or Go-To-Market strategies that drive product adoption, engagement, and long-term customer value.
  • Proven analytical skills with experience using customer feedback, behavioral data, segmentation, and performance measurement to develop actionable insights, optimize marketing strategies, and influence product and business roadmaps.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
