Executive Assistant, R2L, OpX, Sub Same Day (SSD) Operations

The Worldwide Consumer organization is looking for an Executive Assistant who wants to work in a fast-paced, exciting, and growing organization. We are looking for someone to support a Director of SSD Operations.

This Executive Assistant will support two critical teams within SSD – leader of SSD-Ops and OpX.

This Executive Assistant will be responsible for handling confidential information and maintaining professionalism in dealing with senior executives. Role responsibilities include managing multiple complex calendars, planning and organizing events of all sizes, and coordinating domestic and international travel. This candidate will help build a positive team environment and establish working relationships inside and outside of the group.

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years of senior level leadership support experience
• High school or equivalent diploma
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading process improvements
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company
• Experience designing processes to maximize efficiency

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
