We're seeking a Team lead for our QC Dry Grocery Hub operations. In this role, you will be responsible for:
Initially to be part of planning and executing the launch of the Hub and then ramp up the site to necessary processing capacity. And then single handedly managing, on a daily basis, end to end operations for a 3P operated DG Hub overseeing inbound, outbound and ICQA operations.
Meeting customer facing metrics, while maintaining cost targets for the site and upholding safety and morale of the 3P team reporting to you.
Work with all stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and partner experience and keeping a close monitoring of site health by conducting 4M, 5S and inventory audits for the hub on a daily basis.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree

• 2+ years of customer-facing environment, warehousing, logistics or manufacturing experience
