JP OTS is currently aligned within the APAC organization, which is led from India and encompasses operations across Japan, Australia and Singapore region. Key job responsibilities
複数の物流拠点に配置されたIT Managerのマネジメントが主要な責務となります。障害発生時には、配送センターの現地オペレーション担当や海外のエンジニアリングチームと連携を取りながら、迅速な問題解決をリードしていただきます。全ての障害に関して、社内カスタマーへの経緯報告、原因分析、修正適用についての説明責任を持ちます。

また、海外のITリモートサポートチームと連携し、標準化されたサポート手順の導入を通じて、より効率的なサポート体制の構築を推進していただきます。日々の障害対応に加え、新規サイトローンチを含む多くのITプロジェクトにおいて、システム構築、工事関連、ベンダー管理等の作業・報告業務も担当します。

Sr.Managementと密接に連携しながら、IT内外の各チームを統括してプロジェクトを成功に導くことが求められます。配送センターを拠点とするサポートエンジニアやIT マネージャーのチーム採用・育成も重要な責務となります。

Operations Technology Solutions (OTS) division is seeking a leader for our IT Support Team that supports Amazon's rapidly growing logistics network. This team manages and operates critical IT systems that maintain essential delivery speed and quality necessary for providing superior customer service. As a manager, you will lead technological innovation and operational excellence at a global scale.

Managing IT Managers across multiple fulfillment centers will be your primary responsibility. During incidents, you will lead swift problem resolution while coordinating with on-site operations teams and overseas engineering teams. You will be accountable for incident reporting, root cause analysis, and remediation explanations to internal customers.

You will work with overseas IT remote support teams to establish more efficient support systems through standardized support procedures. Beyond daily incident management, you will oversee system implementations, construction-related work, and vendor management for various IT projects, including new site launches.

Working closely with Sr. Management, you will lead cross-functional teams to ensure project success. Recruiting and developing a team of support engineers and IT managers based at fulfillment centers is also a crucial responsibility.

A day in the life
日本リージョンのマネージャーとして、チームマネジメントを中核とした多岐にわたる責務を担います。具体的には、JP OTSリージョナルミーティングへの参加、各物流拠点（Fulfillment Center）との定例会議の参加を通じて、現場のニーズを的確に把握し、最適なソリューションの展開判断を行います。
チームマネジメントにおいては、KPIモニタリングを基に、発生したインシデントやカスタマーからの要望に対して、迅速かつ適切な対応を推進します。主要なステークホルダーは、物流拠点のセンター長をはじめとする各部門のリーダーであり、特に日本リージョンのビジネスディレクターとも緊密な連携が重要となります。
また、各物流拠点では安全性を最優先とした運営が行われており、関連する会議やイニシアチブへの積極的な参画も期待されます。これらの活動を通じて、安全で効率的な運営基盤の確立に貢献していただきます。
本職務では、ITインフラ知識をベースにしたテクニカルリーダーシップの発揮と同時に、現場との強固な信頼関係の構築が不可欠です。日々変化する事業環境において、安全性と効率性の両立を図りながら、持続可能な運営体制の確立を推進する役割を担います。

Basic Qualifications

• 物流施設またはミッションクリティカルな環境で5年以上のITマネジメント経験 (チーム規模：10名以上、サービスレベル：24/7運用の環境)
• インフラストラクチャー（サーバ・ネットワーク）・ハードウェア等の保守運用管理業務 5年以上
• 国内外のStakeholder（10名以上）との協業プロジェクト経験（プロジェクト期間：6ヶ月以上、海外拠点との連携：2か国以上）
• 日本語ネイティブレベルJLPT N1相当、英語TOEIC 800点以上、または同等の実務経験
• 5+ years of IT management experience in logistics facilities or mission-critical environments (Team size: 10+ members, Service level: 24/7 operations)
• 5+ years of infrastructure (server & network) and hardware maintenance and operation management experience
• Experience in collaborative projects with domestic and international stakeholders (10+ people) (Project duration: 6+ months, Collaboration with overseas locations: 2+ countries)
• Native level Japanese proficiency equivalent to JLPT N1, TOEIC score of 800 or above, or equivalent practical experience

Preferred Qualifications

• クロスカルチャーなチームマネジメント経験(異なる国籍メンバーのManagement経験、チーム満足度90%以上)

• Management experience at manager level (5+ years, conducting performance evaluations: twice or more per year, recruitment experience: 10+ people)
• Cross-cultural team management experience (Management experience with team members of different nationalities, team satisfaction rate: 90%+)
• Infrastructure-related certifications and mentoring experience of 5+ people
• Experience in planning and implementing diversity promotion initiatives
