Amazon is looking for smart, analytical, and customer-obsessed new graduates to help build a world-class experience for our vendor and retail partners and serve as the leadership pipeline for our rapidly growing global retail business.
Please note the following eligibility requirements to apply for this role:
- Graduate from a bachelor's degree program between June 2024 and June 2026.
- Ability to begin 40-hour/week, full-time employment in 2026

- Ability to relocate to Seattle, WA (relocation assistance provided, if eligible)
Key job responsibilities
The ideal candidate will be ambitious, an effective communicator, and a problem-solver eager to drive a business. In this role, you will be driving the business results of your vendors and product subcategories. Your direct responsibility will be to manage the performance of a partner portfolio. Day-to-day tasks may include:
- Developing and growing vendor and partner relationships
- Conducting detailed analyses to identify growth opportunities and drive performance improvements
- Translating data and metrics into clear, compelling narratives that inform business decisions and communicate results to stakeholders
- Creating best-in-class customer experiences and playing a critical role in managing strategic and established brands to drive profitability and topline performance for your category
- Collaborating cross-functionally to resolve issues and develop solutions that meet partner goals

Basic Qualifications
- Are 18 years of age or older
- Work 40 hours/week throughout the course of a 12-week summer internship between May through September
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program with a graduation conferral date between June 2024 and June 2026, or graduated from a bachelor's degree program within the past 24 months
- Background in Supply Chain Management, Retail, Business, or a related field; candidates with Retail Buying experience are strongly encouraged to apply
- Internship or work experience in account management, customer-facing, or stakeholder management roles
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data and translate findings into a clear, actionable story for a business audience — using data, reporting, and forecasting to guide decisions
- Proven track record of building and cultivating relationships with internal and external stakeholders, driving decisions collaboratively, resolving conflicts, and ensuring follow-through
- Experience in Microsoft Excel or similar data analysis tools
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience communicating effectively at all levels of an organization
- Track record of managing multiple projects and priorities across teams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment where continuous innovation is desired and ambiguity is the norm

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location. Amazon also offers comprehensive benefits including health insurance (medical, dental, vision, prescription, Basic Life & AD&D insurance and option for Supplemental life plans, EAP, Mental Health Support, Medical Advice Line, Flexible Spending Accounts, Adoption and Surrogacy Reimbursement coverage), 401(k) matching, paid time off, and parental leave.
