We're seeking a seasoned Technical Program Manager. In this role you will be responsible for scoping and delivering large projects end-to-end. Responsibilities include collection of business and systems requirements from internal and external customers, writing specifications, driving project schedules from design to release, and managing the production launch. You will be expected to make appropriate tradeoffs to optimize time-to-market, clearly communicate goals, roles, responsibilities, and desired outcomes to internal cross-functional and remote project teams.

You will have end to end ownership of cross-functional projects, including product definition, roadmap planning, resource planning and project execution.
Along with business initiatives, you will also lead the definition and execution of strategic projects aimed at reducing the total cost and time to market for launch.
You will work closely with business and operations leadership, including executive leadership at Amazon, to define the product and provide updates on the program.
At the heart of this role is delivery. You will be hands-on in driving the delivery of critical business initiatives, managing all aspects of the project such as project planning, requirements definition, risk management, communication, and implementation planning.
You will be a technical problem solver on the team, identifying innovative solutions to project deadlocks and resolving issues and constraints through consensus and sound judgment.
You will be responsible for making project decisions, achieving tactical goals while retaining a strategic focus.
You will work closely with the development teams and play a leadership role in product architecture and design.
About the team
ICCS Acquisition team owns Cobranded Credit Cards (CBCC) acquisition tech for UK, JP and DE markets. This charter encompasses end to end customer experience to acquire CBCC customers in these markets including discovery, sign-up and activation of Amazon cobranded credit cards. This team owns enablement of different modes of acquisition channels, Amazon hosted application form, KYC integration with bank partners and credit card onboarding into Amazon systems after successful application.
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
- 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
- 3+ years of software development experience
- 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
- Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
