Multiple Positions Available:
Lead creative identity of our original movies and shows from concept to launch in coordination with Amazon Studios internal stakeholders. 2. Develop and manage complete marketing strategies from planning to execution and results of our series and movies. 3. Develop and manage complete launch plans and execution of our top series and movies in Spanish-speaking LATAM countries. 4. Develop creative and media briefs and ensure title’s brand identity, messaging, and tone of voice are consistently represented across all marketing touchpoints. 5. Partner with a wide-range of internal teams (from Marketing to Tech teams) to identify and prioritize needs for local launches. 6. Manage ATL and BTL budget for year-round assigned campaigns in Chile, Argentina and Colombia. 7. Partner with Media team to ensure the strategy is aligned to the market, title’s audience, key marketing insights, and titles’ identity. 8. Work and negotiate with other teams such as Partner Marketing, social media and O&O to guarantee the highest support available for each launch. 9. Follow closely campaign results, and recommend real-time optimizations in creatives assets and communication channels. Act as day-to-day liaison to key entertainment partners by building strong relationships that help achieve overall goals from ideation to execution. 10. Domestic and international travel up to 10% to perform role responsibilities may be required.
(40 hours / week, 8:00am-5:00pm, Salary Range $118200 - $160000)

Basic Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Business Administration, Marketing, Analytics, Accounting or a related field followed by 2 years of experience in job offered or product marketing, product branding or product strategy related occupation. 2 years of experience with each of the following required: 1. Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements 2. Experience developing and executing campaigns across a multitude of countries and languages 3. Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs, preferably in several territories in LATAM 4. Experience developing creative brand strategies from concept to execution 5. Project management skills, with experience defining and undertaking multiple projects independently and with quick turnarounds. 6. Experience driving direction and alignment with large cross-functional teams and agency partners 7. Experience designing and executing joint marketing plans with strategic alliance partners with global footprint 8. Experience in entertainment business Spanish speaking LATAM market.
