This role focuses on maximizing value recovery from customer returned units in MENA region through refurbishment and Amazon Resale in close collaboration with the India Recommerce teams, while driving program excellence across Rest of World (RoW) markets.

In this role, you will be responsible for three key areas:

1. Implementing incremental value recovery capabilities in MENA region FCs
2. Developing strategic program partnerships with India Recommerce teams
3. Leading PMO functions for ROW recommerce initiatives
   To be successful, you will need excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills to drive consensus across multiple stakeholders and geographies. While operating in FC operations, you will interface with Engineering, Business, Stores, Category, Finance, Procurement, Data Science, and Returns teams to identify and execute solutions that improve recovery rates and standardize processes.

• Key job responsibilities
• Deep dive and analyze operational data to identify root causes for value loss at FC Customer Returns (CRET) processes across MENA region
• Develop and implement solutions to address identified challenges, track impact and ensure scalability
• Drive standardization of metrics, processes, and SOPs across MENA and RoW markets related to value recovery
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with India Recommerce teams to leverage synergies and best practices
• Develop deep subject matter expertise in recommerce operations and value recovery
• Drive product and/or process solutions to improve value recovery and implement them in FCs
• Lead program governance and reporting for ROW recommerce initiatives
