Finance Operations is seeking a strategic L6 Program Manager to lead AI Enablement across Fin Ops Support Centers (SCs). This role will design and implement frameworks that democratize AI capabilities, enabling teams to leverage AI to drive operational excellence through intelligent automation. This role requires a strategic leader who can balance executive stakeholder management with cross-functional coordination, change management expertise with technical fluency, and strategic thinking with pragmatic execution.
You will build the capability development programs, enablement frameworks, and partnership mechanisms that transform Fin Ops SC employees into AI-capable problem solvers who can build self-help tools and prototypes using their business knowledge. This includes creating structured learning pathways that enable employees to graduate from foundational AI skills to active problem-solving, facilitating partnerships with Tech teams to scale prototypes into production solutions, and measuring success by how many employees are actively solving business problems with AI—not just completing training.
Key job responsibilities
- Strategy & Execution
- Translate the AI Enablement vision into executable roadmaps, aligning initiatives with Fin Ops goals and strategic priorities across all functions
- Capability Development & AI Builder Enablement
- Design and execute programs that transform Fin Ops SC employees into AI-capable problem solvers who can build self-help tools and prototypes using their business knowledge
- Build scalable playbooks, role-based pathways (AI Explorer → Practitioner → Champion), and 'office hours' to support employees at varying levels of AI proficiency
- Drive adoption of AI tools through internal communications, workshops, and an AI Champions network to foster a culture of AI-first thinking and active problem-solving
- Governance & Partnerships
- Collaborate with Legal, Security, and FORGE teams to operationalize Responsible AI standards and ensure all tools meet security and data privacy requirements
- Partner with Tech teams, and other stakeholders to facilitate partnerships, scale prototypes into production solutions, and integrate AI into existing workflows
- Use Case Development & Scaling
- Enable employees to identify high-impact use cases, build proof-of-concepts, and articulate business value to Tech teams for scaling
- Create frameworks that help program graduates partner effectively with Fin Auto and Fin Tech to scale employee-built prototypes into production solutions
- Measurement & Impact
- Define and track KPIs for AI adoption (training completion, active tool usage, prototypes developed, solutions scaled), productivity gains, and ROI to provide transparency to senior leadership
- Conduct impact assessments that quantify business outcomes from employee-built AI solutions, including productivity gains, quality improvements, and cost savings
- Continuous Improvement & Community
- Facilitate peer learning through AI Champions showcases, monthly sessions, AMAs, and community forums that accelerate adoption and innovation
- Establish mechanisms that capture learnings from frontline teams and inform continuous program improvement, ensuring enablement remains relevant and effective
Basic Qualifications
- Experience with AI/ML technologies
- • 12+ years of professional experience with 7+ years in program management, organizational transformation, or change management roles
- • Proven track record leading org-wide initiatives across multiple functions or business units that delivered measurable business impact
- • Demonstrated success managing complex stakeholder relationships across levels and influencing without direct authority
- • Strong proficiency with data analysis, business case development, and ROI modeling
- • Background in finance operations, shared services, or similar operational environments preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with global cross-functional teams
- Experience in managing finance operations for accounts payable, accounts receivable or payroll
- • MBA or advanced degree in Business, Accounting, Technology, or related field
- • Certification in change management (Prosci, ADKAR) or project management (PMP, Agile)
- • Track record of building programs from zero to scale in high-ambiguity environments
- • Experience building strategic partnerships with technology teams and navigating complex organizational ecosystems
