Do you thrive in fast-paced environments, and want to see the immediate impact of your work on both sellers and customers? If so, this role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of Amazon's marketplace.
The Off-Amazon Seller Recruitment (OASR) team is seeking Account Recruitment Representatives (ARRs) to identify, recruit, and onboard high-potential brands not yet selling on Amazon. What makes this role exciting:

You'll work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment where your efforts directly translate to measurable business outcomes. This role offers significant growth potential as you develop expertise in seller success frameworks and build relationships with high-value brands.
A successful ARR in this role is a strategic relationship builder who consistently identifies and recruits high-potential brands that achieve strong early performance on Amazon. You'll demonstrate success by maintaining a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities, efficiently converting registered sellers to launched status, and ensuring every recruited brand completes comprehensive setup before launch.

You'll help sellers select their "First Wave" of priority products, initialize listing creation, ensure products meet optimization requirements, create the first FBA shipment, and coordina te handoff to Account Growth Representatives.
Post-Launch Support: During the critical first month after launch, you'll provide dedicated support to drive completion of optimization actions like A+ Content and Sponsored Products enrollment. You'll monitor early performance signals to identify scaling opportunities and prepare sellers for transition to ongoing account management.
Pipeline & Data Management: You'll manage your lead pipeline efficiently in Salesforce, prioritizing high-value opportunities based on brand type and sales potential. You'll document seller feedback to identify systemic barriers and implement detection mechanisms for high sales potential early in the seller journey.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: You'll partner with our launch support team for listing optimization, collaborate with Account Growth Representatives for smooth seller handoffs, work on lead prioritization, and coordinate with Brand Registry and compliance teams to resolve enrollment barriers.
