Account Manager, MEGS, MEGS (Media & Entertainment, Game, Sport)

AWS is seeking an experienced sales professional to help manage the customer relationship in MEGS industry. As an Sr. Account Manager, you will have the exciting opportunity to help drive the growth and shape the future of Cloud Computing adoption within the most dynamic companies in Korea. Your responsibilities will include communicating with the customer’s leadership team, with the goals of maximizing customer success and customer satisfaction.
- Key job responsibilities
- Drive cloud usage growth and market share in the assigned territory
- Meet or exceed quarterly business goals.
- Develop and execute against a comprehensive account/territory plan.
- Create & articulate compelling value propositions around AWS services.
- Work with partners to extend reach & drive adoption.
- Manage and support customer interactions
- Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts.
- Ensure customer satisfaction.
- The account manager will closely work with customers in MEGS to promote AWS services in a defined territory or industry vertical and help customer to adopt cloud as a trusted advisor.
- The account should maintain a robust opportunity pipeline and work with partners to extend reach & promote adoption.
- The account manager should orchestrate resources for executions in center of engagement and work with Solutions Architect, Business Development Manager, Professional Service, Partner Manager, and necessarily global service team to execute plan.

About the team
Korea MEGS Team:
The Korea MEGS team is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the major Korean MEGS customers. We are helping the customers innovate and grow their own business based on cloud computing and AI.
Basic Qualifications
- 10+ years of direct sales or business development in software, cloud or SaaS markets selling to C-level executives experience
- 7+ years of business development, partner development, sales or alliances management experience
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of building profitable partner ecosystems experience
- Experience developing detailed go to market plans
