Position Responsibilities:

Architect and implement enterprise-wide automation solutions while leading a team of developers and citizen developers. Establish and maintain infrastructure, develop complex automation solutions, and ensure platform security and compliance. Oversee the complete automation lifecycle, from requirement gathering and solution design to development, testing, and production deployment. Manage critical AWS infrastructure components including RDS, EKS, EC2, and S3, as well as Ui Path components such as Kubernetes clusters. Conduct code reviews, establish technical standards and best practices, and manage CI/CD pipelines to ensure efficient and reliable deployments. Expertise in Ui Path, Amazon Quick Sight, Tableau, Coupa, and various AWS services is essential. Drive the organization's automation strategy by identifying optimization opportunities, mentoring team members, and fostering a culture of innovation. This includes training and mentorship of new and non-technical members, sprint planning, and project pipeline management. Manage daily operations, create and monitor KPIs through custom dashboards for leadership, and maintain regular communication with stakeholders. Ensure all automation initiatives align with organizational objectives and security protocols while meeting business needs efficiently.

Position Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field and five years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Employer will accept eight years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation as equivalent to a Bachelor's degree and five years of experience. Must have one year of experience in the following skills: (1) hands-on development experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) with Ui Path; (2) experience in full automation development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, operations experience and support of infrastructure; (3) experience with AWS technologies RDS, EKS, EC2 and S3; (4) experience with SQL; (5) with Ui Path; (6) experience with Amazon Quicksight and Tableau business intelligence and analytics tools; (7) with programming languages such as VB.NET, C#, or Python; (8) experience as a mentor, tech lead or leading an engineering team.
