- Amazon is seeking an exceptional Senior Manager of Product Management
- Technical to lead the Creator Experience pillar within Selling Partner Promotions (SPP)—the organization responsible for how 1M+ sellers, vendors, and internal teams experience Amazon's promotional ecosystem.
In this role, you will own the end-to-end creator journey for promotions—from discovery and creation to performance monitoring and issue resolution—across all customer segments: third-party Sellers, first-party Vendors, and internal Retail/Events teams. You will lead a cross-functional team of 8+ product managers, UX designers, and business intelligence engineers responsible for next-generation seller experiences, including agentic AI solutions.
This is a player-coach role requiring both strategic vision and hands-on execution. You will define the multi-year product roadmap for creator-facing tools, drive adoption of self-service capabilities that eliminate manual workflows, and build trust through transparency and intuitive experiences. You will partner closely with engineering leadership in Bangalore and platform/strategy teams across Seattle, Phoenix, and Vancouver to deliver experiences that simplify promotion management, while enabling sophisticated promotional use cases, and improving promotion quality in our store.

Key job responsibilities

Define and execute a 3+ year product vision for creator-facing promotion tools that drives measurable improvements in adoption, satisfaction, time-to-value, and operational efficiency

Own the end-to-end creator experience across all touchpoints—desktop, mobile, API, and agentic solutions

Establish north-star metrics for creator experience quality and drive continuous improvement through experimentation and user research

Develop compelling business cases for investment in self-service automation, UX simplification, and seller communication improvements; influence senior leadership to prioritize creator experience alongside platform scalability
Basic Qualifications
- 6+ years of team management experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience delivering consumer software products and services in a high growth environment
- MBA
- Experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities, or experience in managing and troublshooting network and experience working with customers with a passion for delivering exceptional service
- Knowledge of UX and/or CX design and usability

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
