BRCF Ops Lead

A Ops Lead in Brazil Central Flow position requires strong analytical skills, effective communication, and the ability to bridge business needs with technical solutions.

• Key job responsibilities
• Manage projects, timelines, and deliverables
• Communicate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Perform complex data analysis, identifying trends in large datasets
• Develop and maintain KPIs, dashboards, and reports
• Translate business objectives into technical requirements
• Troubleshoot complex issues and develop innovative BI solutions
• Deliver regular project updates and key metrics

About the team
Central Flow é uma equipe estratégica responsável por otimizar o fluxo operacional nos Centros de Distribuição (FCs) da Amazon em todo o Brasil. Nossa missão é padronizar e simplificar práticas operacionais, aprimorando diretamente o atendimento ao cliente. Aqui, cultivamos liderança e promovemos uma cultura de crescimento contínuo por meio de análise orientada por dados e excelência operacional.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience in customer-facing environment, warehousing, logistics or manufacturing
• Knowledge of software development and project management concepts
• Skills in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Quick Sight)

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge in SQL and data manipulation
