About the Team: Operations Technology Solutions (OTS) is a global organization within Amazon that designs, builds, deploys, and maintains mission-critical infrastructure supporting Amazon's operations network. Within OTS Supply Chain, the Supplier Performance, Intelligence, Risk & Excellence (SPIRE) team transforms how we manage supplier performance and compliance — turning fragmented processes into scalable, data-driven systems that improve quality, reduce delays, and drive measurable cost avoidance.

About the Role: We are looking for a detail-oriented, analytically driven Supply Chain Manager to support the execution of supplier performance programs within the SPIRE team. In this role, you will contribute to initiatives that improve On-Time In-Full (OTIF) delivery, supplier reporting compliance, and lead time accuracy across our global supplier network. You will work closely with senior supply chain managers, cross-functional partners, and suppliers to implement standards, track performance, and surface insights that drive continuous improvement.

  • Key job responsibilities
  • Support the design and rollout of supplier performance standards, including reporting requirements (ASN, lead times) and accountability frameworks
  • Analyze supplier delivery data to identify trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities — with a focus on OTIF, lead time accuracy, and promise date adherence
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of supplier scorecards, KPI tracking tools, and performance dashboards
  • Assist in building and refining lead time standards using historical delivery data
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Procurement, Planning, Operations) to validate data quality and ensure consistent performance measurement
  • Draft and maintain documentation including standard operating procedures, supplier communication templates, and process playbooks
  • Participate in supplier engagement activities, including performance reviews and corrective action follow-up

Basic Qualifications

  • 2+ years of program or project management experience
  • 1+ years of supply chain experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Experience with Excel
  • Experience with SQL
  • Experience in data mining

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Lean principles and DMAIC methodology
  • Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement document
