Amazon MGM Studios is the movies and television development and production arm of Amazon. It is our role to produce original content and license studio programs worldwide in exclusive service of Amazon’s Prime Video customers. We need your passion, innovative ideas, and creativity to help take us to new heights.
We are now seeking a Creative Coordinator to support the Local Originals team in Italy in supporting the coordination and turnaround from developed ideas to delivery of scripted series and films, co-productions across Italy. Your key responsibility will be to track and coordinate each show from setup through production and wrap deliverables and support the Creative team.
This role involves serving as the operational backbone of our creative development process, supporting pitch intake, helping with talent and production companies engagement under the direction of the team, and ensuring seamless execution across our development pipeline.
You are organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in fast-paced creative environments. You understand the rhythm of development, can juggle multiple work streams simultaneously, and know how to keep projects moving forward. Equally comfortable managing logistics and interacting with creative talent, you bring a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset to everything you do. You will assist the creative team with numerous projects in various stages of development and production, process/track a high volume of submissions, and attend frequent meetings with industry professionals.

- Key job responsibilities
- Support/coordinate the end-to-end pitch intake funnel.
- Coordinate with other internal departments such as creative, marketing, PR, business affairs, legal and finance.
- Update submission and development department trackers and work with senior team members to develop efficient workflows for tracking and file transfers.
- Maintain a checklist for each show to ensure major milestones are met (e.g. timelines, kick-off calls/meetings).
- Coordinate and set up kick-off calls and project meetings.
- Administrative support for local Heads of Originals and Head of Scripted with scheduling, meetings, travel arrangements, research.
About the team
The applicable collective agreement for this role is CBA for employees of Telecommunication Sector. The position is classified at level 6 or above, depending on the candidate’s skills, competences and experience.
The minimum gross annual base salary for this position is listed below. The base salary listed corresponds to working on a full-time basis. For part-time hours, the salary will be pro-rated.
Amazon reserves the right to offer a higher salary and/or level, depending on the candidate's skills, competencies, and experience. Amazon's package may include further pay components where applicable.
Your recruiting team will share final salary, depending on skills and requirements.
In addition to statutory benefits, and those applicable to the relevant CBA, company supplementary benefits may apply subject to further terms.
Italy - €29,800 gross annually.
Basic Qualifications
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects; ability to prioritize & handle multiple projects at once, follow through and meet deadlines
- Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Power
Point and Excel:
- Experience with creating and maintaining schedules for various projects
- Fluent in Italian & English
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with creative talents
- Relevant experience in various television/content production environments
- Understanding of the creative landscape and talent ecosystem
- Experience supporting senior executives in creative evaluation
- Experience handling confidential information in a professional setting
