Support the headcount allocation through training delivery and PID distribution.
Partner with Finance during Operating Plan (OP) cycles to coordinate headcount requests, support headcount model development, and track Director-level metrics.
Drive organizational visibility and accountability through Weekly Business Reviews (WBRs), Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and regional Monthly Business Review (MBR) support.
Coordinate exemption requests around critical business dates to protect delivery timelines and minimize operational disruption.

DCBM STO / Generative AI

Lead their team to drive Data Center Build Manager (DCBM) program coordination, including customer feedback loops, feature request management, and launch communications.
Build and scale advanced Generative AI automation capabilities to support operational efficiency and future organizational growth.

Knowledge Management & Training:

Champion organizational learning by owning knowledge management, developing and delivering training programs, and leading continuous improvement initiatives.
Establish scalable knowledge management frameworks that enable team effectiveness and onboarding excellence.

On Time Delivery Program:

Lead technical infrastructure program delivery across the AMER region, including milestone tracking, risk mitigation, and issue triage.
Track and report on key organizational goals, including Incremental Capacity (S-Team goal) and On Time Delivery (KPNS), ensuring timely escalation and resolution of blockers.
Serve as the primary point of accountability for AMER regional delivery performance metrics.

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of project management (including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk and critical path management) experience
