- We are seeking a Senior Product Manager
- Technical who is passionate about building products with a strong emphasis on design, quality, performance, and customer satisfaction. This individual will lead product development for our third-party partner integrations, driving end-to-end product strategy and execution across software platforms, APIs, and partner integrations to drive growth for Amazon Music through acquisition, engagement, and retention experiences.
The ideal candidate will be highly analytical, resourceful, customer-focused, team-oriented, and able to execute at high velocity under tight deadlines. You'll have a proven track record of end-to-end ownership and delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This role is inherently cross-functional—you'll work closely with engineering, product/program management, business development, solution architects, design, operations, marketing, and executive teams across Amazon Music to:
- Own end-to-end product delivery from BRD through execution and launch
- Partner with business development to develop and launch new high-value integration
- Improve existing products and features
You will be expected to work backwards from customers, prioritize their needs, and demonstrate strong technical understanding, excellent project management skills, and the motivation to achieve results in a fast-paced environment. You will be a champion for your product and can clearly articulate its value and potential.
Successful candidates will have a strong background in Product Management and have a track record of functioning well in a high growth and highly ambiguous environment within a nascent business. They will be data driven, excellent at written and verbal communication, able to build relationships across diverse teams and have excellent problem-solving abilities.
Key job responsibilities
- Key Job Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end product delivery for partner integration products across ticketing, Gen AI, automotive, big screen, mobile, and wearables—from BRD through execution and launch
- Develop product strategy and roadmap supported by internal and external analysis, with clear ROI, business impact, and post-launch iteration plans
- Drive cross-functional alignment and execution across Business Development, Solution Architects, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and partner organizations—as well as product and tech teams across Amazon Music (including app, auto, and big screen)—to deliver results through influence without direct authority
- Define detailed business requirements and manage prioritization by developing crisp user stories, product specifications, and balancing trade-offs among customer feedback, performance, operational support, and platform investments
