Fitness and Fandom builds customer experiences that connect customers to their passions through relevant, timely, and delightful shopping experiences. Our fandom program creates cohesive experiences where sports fans feel understood by Amazon, celebrating every moment, emotion and milestone from big games and playoffs to trades and drops, helping customers quickly discover and buy licensed franchise merchandise across Sports, Entertainment, and Music.

We are looking for a Principal TPM who is a true sports obsessive, someone who follows teams, leagues, and storylines closely and can translate fan moments into predictable program delivery through crisp technical plans, execution mechanisms, and cross org coordination.

As Principal TPM for Fitness and Fandom Customer Experiences, you will own end to end program delivery for franchise based shopping experiences and the technical capabilities that power them: scalable content pipelines, customer experience modules, experimentation, measurement, and integration across various surfaces. You will partner with Engineering, Science, Design, and business teams across Sports and Outdoors to understand customer and selling partner needs, then drive program development with dedicated engineering, science and design partners and senior leadership.

This role is successful through strong partnership: Business PMs, Marketing, and BD own program strategy, partnerships, and go to market. Engineering and Science own architecture and implementation. This TPM owns execution strategy, technical program mechanisms, dependency management, risk management, and predictable delivery.

You are naturally curious, data driven and entrepreneurial as you take end to end ownership for program execution. You are the kind of leader who anticipates bottlenecks, deftly navigates ambiguity, makes informed trade off decisions and skillfully balances business needs versus technical constraints. You have exceptional written and verbal communication skills that help you build strong partnerships with colleagues and influence senior leaders.

If you enjoy cutting through ambiguity, challenging traditional approaches, eliminating complexity and innovating on behalf of customers, come join us!
