Want to shape the future of streaming TVs? The Amazon Devices & Services team in India is looking for a leader who can think big, work with a cross-section of teams to build high-quality products and scale up big, profitable businesses.

In the Fire TV Partner Products team, we work with the world’s leading brands and device makers to bring our content-forward, intuitive, and delightful Fire TV experience on Smart TVs. We have consistently delivered 4+ star rated products and are embarking on a journey to further scale up our business. Join us in this ambitious initiative that will enable us to deliver huge customer and business impact globally.

  • Key job responsibilities
  • Execute Go-To-Market strategy for key Fire TV partnerships and define long-term product roadmaps based on team strategy and vision
  • Drive product launches in collaboration with Engineering, Operations, Finance, BD, PR, Legal, and more teams.
  • Lead conversations with external partners and customers to understand their pain points and determine innovative yet simple ways to solve them.
  • Ideate and communicate detailed business requirements and user stories to internal stakeholders.
  • Influence prioritization and trade-offs across customer experience, performance and operations.
  • Proactively identify and resolve strategic issues that may impair the team’s ability to meet strategic, financial, and technical goals.
  • Create buy-in for product vision and strategy with leadership and internal partners.
  • Influence product decisions across cross-functional teams including engineering, UX and business development.

In this role, you will:

  • Identify, launch and manage strategic partnerships that drive competitive advantage and delight Indian customers
  • Evaluate the economic and strategic costs & benefits of partnerships and work with appropriate leaders and across all functional areas of Amazon to execute on the relationships.
  • Have visibility to and deliver business reviews to the senior management team.

Basic Qualifications

  • 3+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
  • Experience managing and measuring marketing performance in various channels

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing external partners to develop marketing programs
  • Experience presenting ideas to various levels of an organization to gain support for initiatives
