Amazon Ads is the digital advertising arm of Amazon and one of our fastest growing businesses. We operate at the intersection of commerce, entertainment and advertising, offering unique advertising products, enterprise ad tech, and a rich array of unique creative, format and measurement solutions. The Supply Technology (Supply Tech) team builds and operates extensible services that empower 1P publishers to improve both their monetization and customer experience. We deliver billions of ad impressions and millions of clicks daily and are breaking fresh ground to create world-class products.

Supply Tech seeks a seasoned contributor to join the team as a Sr. Program Manager to own our Go-To-Market (GTM) program and provide business operations support. In this highly cross-functional role, you will lead and influence across product and business teams to meet your program goals.

  • Partner with cross-functional leads across the Amazon Ads organization to ensure execution of GTM strategies, including tactical guidance and support.

  • Driving and facilitating complex projects focusing on results and metric measurement.

  • Assisting with the definition and design of tools, standard operating procedures, and processes.

  • Identifying and mitigating risks and removing roadblocks within projects.
