Jobs
The Opportunity: We're looking for a Sr. Risk Manager who'll own the adverse risk actions for the WW Pay-by-Invoice lending portfolio - a high impact role where you'll be a thought leader who builds and scales a best-in-class credit program from the ground up. You'll work backwards from customer needs while balancing business objectives, defining product features and operational processes that scale, and using metrics to continuously improve portfolio performance through economic cycles. This role sits at the intersection of product management, data analytics, and portfolio strategy - requiring someone who can think like a product manager, analyze like a data scientist, and operate with the strategic mindset needed to power a financial services business at Amazon scale.
What Makes This Role Different: This isn't traditional risk management - it's strategic growth leadership. You'll:
- Drive Growth: Own credit strategy across the entire customer lifecycle, directly impacting how fast we can scale our lending business
- Innovate with AI/ML: Partner with Science teams to design new product features, define model rule sets, and build next-generation automated credit decisioning
- Lead Through Influence: Build relationships with senior stakeholders across Product, Tech, Science, and Business teams to drive transformational change
- Think Big: Identify innovation opportunities, design experiments, and deliver payment experiences that delight customers
- Own the Metrics: Define, monitor, and communicate performance to senior leadership while owning business goals and outcomes
This is an individual contributor role reporting to the Head of Global Credit Strategy - giving you direct access to leadership while maintaining hands-on impact.
