Position Responsibilities:

Lead projects across several geo stakeholders that focus on optimizing processes, analyzing sales trends, and developing automated solutions to improve overall productivity. Leverage Generative AI capabilities to enhance workflow efficiency and derive meaningful insights from complex data sources. Work closely with cross-functional teams, requiring strong communication skills to effectively collaborate across technical and non-technical business units. Have agility in balancing quality with rapidly evolving organizational needs while maintaining focus on measurable business impact.

Position Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Marketing, Business Data Analytics, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or a related field and two years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Must have one year of experience in the following skill(s): (1) driving strategic business outcomes through data-driven planning, delivering actionable insights, and managing critical sales support systems to achieve revenue targets and market development goals; (2) leading analytical initiatives by creating impactful dashboards, reports, and analyses that enable rapid decision-making and optimize sales operations efficiency at scale; and (3) acting as the analytics subject matter expert, building cross-functional relationships and implementing innovative processes to identify operational improvements and support business growth.
