Are you passionate about music, entertainment, and building creative constructs with partners? Amazon Music is seeking a Partnership Growth Manager to develop and execute initiatives across various partnership categories. This role will work closely with internal teams and external partners to drive new audience growth and awareness for Amazon Music's products and services.
For someone to be successful in this role, they need to embody the following:
Creative Problem Solver: They must be an innovative marketer with proven experience in partnership marketing and campaign management, able to think outside the box to develop unique solutions that benefit both Amazon Music and our partners while delighting customers.
Data-Driven Decision Maker: They should have a natural curiosity for analytics and metrics, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and compelling narratives that influence stakeholders and drive strategic decisions.
Partnership Leader: They develop comprehensive go-to-market plans with partners, and drive program execution from initial pitch through launch. They manage stakeholder expectations across multiple teams, and ensures marketing deliverables align with both business objectives and technical requirements.
Relationship Builder: They must excel at fostering and maintaining strong relationships across all levels, from external partners to internal stakeholders, demonstrating exceptional communication skills and the ability to influence.
Results Oriented: They need to be someone who takes ownership and drives initiatives from concept to completion, maintaining high standards while operating with agility in a fast-paced environment. This includes effectively prioritizing multiple workstreams while consistently delivering measurable impact.
- Key job responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end partnership campaigns across multiple categories
- Develop and execute comprehensive initiatives directly with partners, including content creation, promotional campaigns, and co-branded initiatives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners while serving as their primary point of contact for marketing activities
- Drive improvements in brand health, customer acquisition, and retention through strategic partner programs
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling partner marketing programs
- Create and manage GTM documents, tracking documents, and performance reports to ensure successful execution of partner programs
- Support operational excellence by establishing and improving team mechanisms and workflows
- Monitor partnership and campaign performance and optimize based on data-driven insights
- Manage ongoing cross-partner programs and projects assigned by leadership
- Team point of contact for creative refreshes, partner portal management, pitch deck template refreshes and maintenance, and promotion support across partners as needed

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above, or 5+ years of equivalent experience
- 5+ years of business development, partner development, sales or alliances management experience
- Experience designing and executing joint marketing plans with strategic alliance partners with global footprint
- Experience managing multiple projects and priorities across teams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Experience aggregating and analyzing internal and external campaign metrics to assess performance drivers and identify insights
- Experience with communication, presentation, and negotiation
- Experience working effectively across cross-functional teams and partnering well with people at all levels within an organization
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the entertainment industry, preferably within Podcasts or Music
- Knowledge of digital marketing, advertising, and understanding metrics
- Experience developing and implementing systems and tools utilized for CRM, variable compensation, revenue reporting, forecasting, sales force automation or equivalent
- Experience building and growing relationships with internal and external partners
