As a Principal Technical Program Manager on this team, you'll drive the delivery of complex, multi-team programs that bring Alexa's AI capabilities to enterprise customers across the US, Europe, and beyond. You'll work at the intersection of innovative AI, device software, cloud services, and real-world customer deployments — partnering with engineering, product, UX, and business teams to turn ambitious roadmaps into shipped products.

• Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise-scale programs spanning multiple engineering teams, time zones, and customer commitments
• Be the connective tissue between engineering, product, and business stakeholders — driving clarity, unblocking teams, and keeping complex programs on track
• Work directly with enterprise customers (hotels, senior living communities, healthcare providers) and see the real-world impact of what you build
• Operate at the forefront of generative AI applied to enterprise use cases

Basic Qualifications

• 10+ years of engineering experience
• 7+ years of technical product or program management experience
• 5+ years of software development experience
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules

• 8+ years of hands-on work managing complex technology projects experience
• Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
