About the role

Over 2 million Sellers across ten countries list their products for sale on the Amazon Marketplace. Sellers are a critical part of Amazon’s ecosystem to deliver on our vision of offering the Earth’s largest selection and lowest prices. These Sellers offer hundreds of millions of unique products providing a broad and diverse inventory of products. In our vision to build a global marketplace, we will enable Sellers to list, make their selection available to customers globally while optimizing their inventory placement across multiple countries. In the EU, we continue to observe an unprecedented wave of legislation that impacts Seller experience (SX), constrains selection and jeopardizes GMS. This increases the complexity and cost of selling in the EU and makes compliance the primary barrier to SP launches in the region.

As a Senior Program Operations manager, Seller Experience, you will be tasked with identifying and implementing scalable mechanisms that will enable us to measure, track and improve seller experience indicators across the compliance business from listing experience to services. You will have the opportunity to audit our existing programs and products, while using your in depth knowledge to enhance these checks and invent new methods to provide best in class compliance seller experience. These efforts will play a critical role to the growth of Amazon’s marketplace business as you will partner closely with business product, tech, business, and policy teams to help identify controls up front to improve customer experience.

To achieve these objectives, you will be responsible for developing mechanisms to proactively identify and evaluate seller pain points in the current experience and define in collaboration with stakeholder teams the technology, processes, and control improvements required to mitigate them. You will also lead engagement with senior stakeholders across the company in order to achieve your objectives. This position has a EU scope across a variety of compliance product and programs products and is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a dynamic and high paced environment. The role will require you to drive clear communication in your contribution to key business and program documents including but not limited to MBRs, QBRs, OP and 3YPs.
