Data Center Logistics Specialist, ICN

You’ll join a diverse team of software, hardware, and network engineers, supply chain specialists, security experts, operations managers, and other vital roles. You’ll collaborate with people across AWS to help us deliver the highest standards for safety and security while providing seemingly infinite capacity at the lowest possible cost for our customers. AWS is looking for self-driven, well organized professional to aid with the inventory and fiscal processes related to our Data Center Operations in Korea. We are looking for someone to liaise with our suppliers and internal teams. Our ideal candidate is highly autonomous, very detail oriented, possesses strong written and verbal communication skills. You will be expected to manage Data Center public and confidential information and communication. Align with financial and inventory management teams. Respond to queries from internal and external Customers.

Candidate should have good understanding of financial processes, be expert with Microsoft Office and proficient with wide range of computer applications, such as Ticket, Wiki or Salesforce. Ability to self-educate and achieve goals without external support is also important. We will expect you to document update and publish new processes. Ideal candidate will be interested in computer technologies with a strong drive to learn new skills. Inventory Management experience is essential. You will be responsible for gathering data, generating, publishing and presenting metrics in variety of areas. Candidates must possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, the ability to multitask and operate in a very fast paced complex environment, meet deadlines, and a commitment to Operational Excellence.

AWS는 데이터 센터 운영 관련 재고 관리 및 물류 분야의 전문가를 찾고 있습니다. 데이터센터 내부 팀과 관련 공급업체 간의 연결고리 역할을 할, 꼼꼼하면서도 자발적으로 업무를 수행할 수 있는 우수한 커뮤니케이션 역량 보유자를 대상으로 합니다. Logistics 전문가는 데이터 센터의 정보(공개정보 및 기밀정보)를 관리하게 되며, 재무 및 재고 관리 팀과 긴밀히 협업하고, 여러 물류 관련 문의를 처리합니다. 이러한 업무를 수행하기 위해서는 재무 프로세스에 대한 이해, MS Office 활용 능력, Ticket, Wiki 또는 Salesforce와 같은 컴퓨터 응용 프로그램 활용 능력이 필요합니다. 또한, 스스로 학습하고 주어진 업무 목표를 달성할 수 있는 능력 또한 중요합니다. 프로세스나 시스템 상 신규 업데이트 발생 시, 이를 문서화하는 업무도 포함됩니다. 새로운 IT 기술을 배우고자 하는 관심과, 재고 관리 경험은 필수적입니다. 데이터 수집, 여러 분야에서의 지표를 만들고, 발표하는 업무도 담당하게 됩니다. 후보자는 강한 윤리 의식을 바탕으로 디테일을 챙기고 빠르게 변화하는 복잡한 환경에서 멀티태스킹을 할 수 있어야 하며, 안정적인 운영과 마감 일정 준수를 통해 고객의 신뢰를 확보해야 합니다.

Basic Qualifications

• 1+ years of logistics operations experience
• Experience as a logistics professional supporting inventory cycle counts, shipments, maintenance, stock control functions and reverse logistics
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Speak, write, and read fluently in English
• Experience using computers and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Knowledge of Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma concepts
• Experience prioritizing and managing time effectively in dynamic environments
