Key job responsibilities
Amazon is seeking a motivated candidate to develop innovative solutions and manage our transportation network regarding Drop-off stores for sellers and customers. As a Drop-off Specialist, you will have to:
- Manage PUDOs network insisting on the highest standards of operational quality and efficiency;
- Work with large volumes and big data, in a highly complex business;
- Contribute on new initiatives to allow business to scale while reducing costs;
- Create and align mechanisms with multiple stakeholders to build the best network for sellers and customers
- Work with business intelligence tools, access and working with big data from multiple sources, and partner with the business to identify strategic opportunities;
- Continuously seek to improve processes and unblock bottlenecks;
- Innovate on a program for customers to return and sellers to drop-off, increasing their satisfaction;
- Work backwards from Customer feedback to provide product and process improvement;
- Generate and analyze reports;

- Extract and analyze data to identify experience opportunities;
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Operations, Transportation, Business teams) for input gathering
- Communicate with external partners (sellers, customers) regarding network changes
- Present data-driven insights on business impacts
- Monitor operational excellence metrics
- Maintain stakeholder relationships and ensure clear communication channels
- Drive decision-making through data analysis and business intelligence
- Handle impact assessment and risk mitigation for network changes

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel at an advanced level, including: pivot tables, macros, index/match, vlookup, VBA, data links, etc.
- Experience with performance metrics and process improvement and Lean techniques
- Experience in Business English skills, both verbal and written
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in e-commerce
- Experience with SQL
- Experience in data analysis and problem solving
- Experience in PUDOs or Drop-off technology
