As a Sr Manager for the Cables & Interconnects Supply Chain, you will oversee the commercial, sourcing, and the supply chain strategies for the cable & interconnect categories. The team owns all commercial, sourcing and supply chain aspects and deliverables of varying cable & interconnect categories. This highly visible role partners closely with engineering, business owners, and suppliers to manage the supplier commercial relationships, enable best in class sourcing and cost, and effectively manage capacity and continuity of supply to meet desired outcomes. In addition to the core responsibility within the categories, this team works in conjunction with other category teams to facilitate the right materials plans to meet business demand.
Your leadership will directly enable AWS to scale with customer demand while driving operational excellence, resilience, and innovation.

Basic Qualifications

• 7+ years of team management experience
• 5+ years of supply chain experience
• Experience engaging and influencing senior executives

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
• Master's degree

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
