This position serves as the bridge between operations leadership, payroll systems, and workforce management, requiring strong analytical capabilities, decision-making under uncertainty, and deep expertise in Colombian payroll regulations.

Key job responsibilities

• The Support Operations Analyst
• Perfect Pay will serve as the critical bridge between operations leadership, payroll systems, and workforce management for Amazon's Colombia Customer Service operations. The role focuses on four key areas:
• Guarantee the effective payment for all our employees, integrating the different tools and departments involve, due to Colombian regulations
• Audit and compliance to reduce payment defects
• Data Analytics & Reporting

Basic Qualifications

• Experience with Excel
• Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
• 2+ years of quality or customer-facing role experience
• Speak, write, and read fluently in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of and proficiency in the use of Python scripting language
