About the Role:
We're seeking an experienced Senior Display Technical Program Manager to lead the development and delivery of innovative display and touch technologies for our consumer devices. In this role, you'll lead cross-functional teams through complex product development cycles, from concept to mass production, ensuring seamless integration of display, touch, and optics subsystems.
What You'll Do:

Program Leadership & Execution

Drive end-to-end execution of display and touch programs, managing timelines, resources, and deliverables across global teams

Lead cross-functional project meetings and milestone reviews with internal teams and external suppliers
-
Present program status, risks, and mitigation strategies to executive leadership

Create and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and risk management frameworks

Technical Program Management
-
Partner with Device Project Teams to define display and touch subsystem requirements and integration strategies

Coordinate engineering builds at supplier facilities globally, ensuring quality and schedule adherence

Manage configuration management deliverables and drive timely release of assemblies to production

Lead the introduction of new display, touch, and optics technologies into product roadmaps

Stakeholder Collaboration

Work closely with inter-disciplinary teams including hardware engineering, software development, quality assurance, industrial design, and manufacturing operations

Collaborate with TDM (Touch Display Module) suppliers and Contract Manufacturers to optimize product outcomes

Drive alignment across Asia and US-based teams to ensure cohesive program execution

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field
- 7+ years of experience in display and touch engineering and/or technical program management
- Proven track record delivering consumer electronic products or components to market
- Experience managing complex, multi-site engineering programs with global suppliers
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in engineering, management, or technology
- Expert proficiency in creating and tracking complex development schedules using modern project management tools
- Deep technical understanding of display technologies (LCD, OLED, e-ink), touch systems (capacitive, active stylus), and optical integration
- Hands-on experience managing both hardware and software development for display subsystems
- Direct experience at overseas manufacturing facilities and CM/supplier management
- Track record of successfully introducing new technologies into high-volume consumer products
- Comprehensive knowledge of product development lifecycles from concept through mass production
