Position: Principal Supply Chain Manager (multiple positions available) AMZ10937.16
Location: Opa-Locka, FL

Multiple Positions Available:

  1. Act as the ACES Lead for 1P Network Flow Plan implementation across NACF Operations 2. Develop technical and operational requirements, standards, and success metrics for 1P Integration with existing systems
  2. Create and present Monthly Business Reviews to senior leadership
  3. Establish and track KPIs from assignment WAPE, labor and trans utilization, FC productivity, to speed and DEA.
  4. Manage deployment risks and compliance issues
  5. Build partnerships with operations teams to optimize feedback and solutions to tech teams
  6. Monitor and optimize Amazon’s complex and expanding fulfilment network end-to-end. 8. Identify and act upon opportunities to optimize planning, placement, inventory transfers or customer shipments.
  7. Analyze financial impacts and prioritize new features based on their relevance.
  8. Track the realized savings and impacts and communicate results to senior leaders.
  9. End-to-end ownership of requirements gathering documentation, planning, and implementation of cost-effective solutions for Amazon Supply Chain. 1
  10. Communicate and collaborate cross-functionally across multiple teams in operations, technology and planning to define strategic roadmaps while keeping the impact of the solution to all stakeholders in mind.
  11. Creating and implementing data driven improvements to Amazon's transportation network that deliver flexible and efficient products for our customers.
  12. Designing and implementing feedback mechanisms to drive performance and cost improvement in processes.
  13. Ability to deep dive and do root-cause analysis using data, and create metrics-driven, actionable, and sustainable solutions for the future. 16. Monitor key performance indicators across nodes and analyze their drivers to determine the level and type of engagement required based on the risk to customer experience and utilization of technology.

(40 hours / week, 8:00am-5:00pm, Salary Range
$142,800 – $193,200 per year)

Basic Qualifications

A Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent, in Business Administration or related discipline followed by 10 progressively responsible years of experience in job offered or related occupation.

Experience must include:

  • 10 years of experience in supply chain experience
  • 7 years of experience in:
    (1) working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience;
    (2) program or project management experience;
    (3) analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership experience;
  • 3 years of experience in:
    (1) conducting business analytics in a Big Data environment;
    (2) performing strategic and financial analyses for projects, products, or business lines;
    (3) using statistical analysis and data modeling to drive business actions; and
    (4) working with large and complex data sets; and
  • Any amount of experience in:
    (1) implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization;
    (2) Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.
