Position Responsibilities:

Drive operational efficiency within the organization. Lead professional development initiatives to engage, develop and retain talent. Define, track and report consistently the relevant metrics to measure the effectiveness of the program. Responsible for planning and execution of clear, consistent communication strategy. Gather requirements and feedback from senior leaders. Mentor junior operations managers.

Position Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, or a related field and six years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Employer will accept eight years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation as equivalent to the Bachelor's degree and six years of experience. Must have one year of experience in the following skill(s): 1) experience using data and metrics to drive improvements; 2) experience building, executing and scaling effective cross-functional programs; 3) experience driving direction and alignment with large cross-functional teams; and 4) experience writing documents to outline strategy and execution plans.
