Amazon. In’s Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) team is seeking exceptional candidates with an analytical mindset to manage key processes, minimize defects, and improve our Selling Partner and Customer experience. FBA is a highly visible and strategic program that is scaling new heights within Amazon. Within FBA, the Heavy and Bulky (H&B) business is scaling rapidly and growth in this space is a business priority for the upcoming years. This is a chance to work in an innovative team and participate in operational excellence, system support and process design that span the entire company. Our teams' objective is to provide the capability for selling partners to maximize the benefit of Fulfillment by Amazon, and this encompasses superior performance of receive, store, pick, pack, ship, transportation and customer service. In this role, you work with a wide variety of stakeholders from different domains to audit and /or setting up processes and enable our selling partners to grow unconstrained and profitably in the H&B space.
The position is based in Bangalore.

Basic Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer-facing environment, warehousing, logistics or manufacturing experience
• Bachelor's degree
• Speak, write, and read fluently in English
• Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
• Experience with Excel

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of SQL
