About the role

At Allstate, great things happen when our people work together to protect families and their belongings from life’s uncertainties. And for more than 90 years, our innovative drive has kept us a step ahead of our customers’ evolving needs. • Competitive uncapped commissions plus quarterly incentives, with a monthly earnings stipend to support you during periods of lower commission volume.

  • Day-one access to a flexible benefits plan and employer-matched RRSP after 90 days.

  • Licensing support, coaching, and ongoing sales development to support your long-term growth.

What you need to succeed in this role

  • Sales experience in insurance or another relationship-focused field.

Is this role in-person or remote?

This is a hybrid role. You’ll spend meaningful time on-site early on to build skills, meet clients, and grow your network. As you lean into your success, so will the flexibility of the role, facilitating your ability to develop your business and meet performance goals.
