Job Description

We’re seeking a Service Analyst with a passion for people-centered change to join our End User Computing Enablement team. This service team supports the End User Computing (EUC) product, which is designed to empower employees to be productive from Day One, remain productive throughout their workday, and use technology without needing help. The team operates within an outcomes-based delivery model, where success is measured by the value delivered to users, not just the completion of tasks.This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology and human experience; translating complex IT changes into clear, actionable, and empowering experiences for our workforce.
