Field Property Adjuster

Job Description
This role is responsible for investigating and managing advanced homeowners claims from initial inspection through resolution. You will evaluate coverage, assess damages, and prepare detailed estimates to support accurate and timely claim outcomes. In this role, you will work directly with customers, contractors, and internal teams to move claims forward efficiently. You will also apply regulatory and policy knowledge to ensure compliance and provide a clear, supportive claims experience.
We are seeking a Field Property Adjuster to support homeowners claims across Dallas Fort Worth Texas. In this field-based role, you will inspect property damage, prepare estimates, and guide customers through the claims process from initial inspection through resolution. Key Responsibilities

Possesses a deep understanding of the content of all policy types written by the company

Possesses strong estimating fundamentals in order to create or audit estimates of damages on 1st party homeowners' losses with complexity

Builds mastered relationships with both internal and external customers across multiple lines

Evaluates settlement alternatives by reviewing regulatory compliance and fair claims practices; makes decisions on best option

Negotiates settlements, makes settlement payments and documents all activities in the most complex of files across multiple lines

Base compensation offered for this role is: Field Property Cons I: $53,500.00 - 77,800.00/salary
Field Property Cons II: $56,000.00 - 82,500.00/salary
Field Property Sr Cons I: $ 65,600.00 - 98,200.00/salary
Compensation is based on experience and qualifications. Total compensation for this role may include additional components, such as incentive pay (for example, commission or bonus), if applicable.
