About the Role:
As a Processing Support Associate II, you’ll play an important behind-the-scenes role ensuring smooth operations for our customers and business partners. You’ll investigate and process requests, support system testing, and help identify opportunities for improvement—all while growing your skills in a collaborative, supportive environment. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who enjoys problem-solving, learning new systems, and making a meaningful contribution as part of a team.
You’ll work under general supervision with clear procedures in place, while also building confidence in making independent decisions on day-to-day tasks.
What You’ll Do
- Respond to written and verbal inquiries from internal teams and external partners with professionalism and care
- Investigate and resolve requests or issues of basic complexity in a timely manner
- Support system and application testing based on business needs
- Identify, document, and report system or policy-related issues
- Track and report daily work status to support team goals and operational efficiency
- Partner with management and subject matter experts on routine initiatives and process improvements
What We’re Looking For
- 0–2 years of relevant experience (preferred, but we’re open to motivated learners)
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Comfort working with systems, applications, and documented processes
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to use independent judgment when needed
Schedule & Work Environment
- Work Hours:
9:00 AM – 5:30 PM EST
- Hybrid Schedule:
On-site 2–3 days per week at our Uniondale, NY office, with the flexibility to work from home the remaining days
