Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer II with strong technical expertise to lead the development of solutions within a key commissions system. They own the full stack of software products, developing and implementing frontends and backend services. They leverage test driven development and continuous integration to ensure agility and quality of products. They actively participate in the decision-making process of the team ensuring that the simplest appropriate technology and design is chosen to meet user needs.
Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and optimize complex full stack solutions

Provide technical leadership within the team

Contribute to architecture decisions alongside other technical leaders

Ensure code quality, scalability, and maintainability

Participate in the full end-to-end software development lifecycle

Mentor and support less experienced developers

Collaborate with QA, analysts, and technical stakeholders

Drive continuous improvement in processes and engineering standards
Requirements

Advanced experience with: .NET Core, Angular and SQL

Strong experience with Git and Azure DevOps

Solid understanding of the full software development lifecycle

Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming (OOP)

Proven application of best practices and clean code principles

Experience of design patterns (Nice to have)

Experience with Azure Cloud Platform (Nice to have)

Experience in agile environments (Nice to have)

Education
- 4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred)
Experience
- 5+ years of experience in software development
