We Train You:
No insurance experience? No problem. We provide paid training, licensing support, and ongoing coaching to help you grow quickly and confidently. You’ll also receive extensive 10‑week onboarding that includes license preparation, systems training, product knowledge, sales tools, and proven sales techniques designed to build and strengthen the skills you need to be successful in this role.

Skills Compensation
Commissions vary based on your sales results.
Sales Specialists working at or near targets—and who have completed all training—can expect to earn $42,600 - 70,000 annually.
