The Opportunity

  • As Allegro’s Sales Leader for Europe
  • Industrial Segment, you will be a transformative leader with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and building high-performing sales organizations within the semiconductor industry serving industrial markets in the Region.

You will lead a team of sales professionals, overseeing all aspects of our industrial sales strategy, and new business development efforts. Reporting directly to VP WW Sales – Industrial segment, you will be a key member of the Sales leadership team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Allegro.

You will be responsible for driving profitable growth, expanding market share, and building a high-performance sales culture focused on customer success, accountability, and strategic execution. You will shape and execute a winning strategy to deliver against ambitious revenue goals and long-term business objectives in the Region. You’ll bring vision, structure, and inspiration to a talented sales team, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.

What You Will Do

Strategic Leadership:

Setting and executing the global sales strategy to achieve corporate objectives and drive revenue growth in the European industrial market.

Market Expansion:

Identifying new market opportunities and expanding the sales pipeline across different product lines.

Team Development & Culture:

Lead, coach, and develop a high-performance sales team; instill a culture of accountability, collaboration, and results-oriented mindset.

Customer Management:

Building and nurturing strategic relationships with key clients, distributors, and accounts. Optimize channel strategies to drive growth and customer satisfaction

Market Intelligence:

Stay ahead of industry trends, competitive activity, and customer needs to proactively adapt sales approaches and deliver differentiated value.

Performance Management:

Implement KPIs, reporting tools, and performance frameworks to monitor and drive sales effectiveness, pipeline health, and revenue targets.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Partner with Business Lines, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and other internal teams to ensure strategic alignment and customer-centric execution.

Who You Are

We are searching for a dynamic and results-oriented sales leader with a deep understanding of the semiconductor landscape and a passion for driving growth. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • 8+ years of progressive sales leadership experience within the semiconductor industry, with a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and building successful sales teams in the European market

  • A deep understanding of the industrial markets, with experience driving growth in direct B2B, channel partner and broad distribution go to market approaches. In-depth understanding of markets, including diverse regulatory environments and cultural nuances within the industrial sector in the Region.

  • Successful candidate will have established relationships and a strong network within the industrial markets and with key partners.

  • Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop high-performing sales teams.

  • Strategic thinking and analytical capabilities, with the ability to identify market trends, develop sales strategies, and build operational plans to drive execution across a global organization.

  • Strong business acumen and financial literacy, with experience managing budgets, forecasting sales, and analyzing market data.

  • Data-driven decision-making skills to analyze market trends, sales performance, and financial data.

  • Excellent communication skills and experience presenting to and engaging audiences of all types (customers, teams, leadership teams, etc) desired. Excellent interpersonal, and negotiation skills to influence stakeholders and close major deals.

  • A willingness to travel internationally is often a requirement for this role.
