As a Samples Warehouse Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring that Allegro’s cutting-edge semiconductor samples reach our customers and engineering teams with precision and speed. Working at the intersection of logistics and technology, you will master our Oracle systems and navigate complex shipping requirements to support our mission of "Innovation with Purpose." What You Will Do

• Order Fulfillment:

Receive and process scheduled orders from the Test Planning team, ensuring every pick slip is handled with accuracy.

• Inventory Management:

Partner with the Sample Warehouse Specialist to manage stock movements, including the withdrawal and splitting of lots between PFG and PSM stock.

• System Mastery:

Execute critical sub-inventory transfers and ship-confirm transactions within Oracle, maintaining a flawless digital record of our physical assets.

• Precision Packing:

Withdraw and prepare sample orders from PSM stock, ensuring all parts are packed securely and according to specific pick slip requirements.

• Global Shipping Support:

Generate and submit essential shipping documentation—including packing lists, pro-forma invoices, Philippine Customs Invoices, and ROHS documents—to our Import/Export team.

• Engineering Collaboration:

Support our Engineering group by splitting parts for evaluation and performing necessary system terminations in Oracle.

• Operational Oversight:

Monitor warehouse supply levels and coordinate replenishment requests with department coordinators to ensure uninterrupted operations.

• Stakeholder Coordination:

Act as a key point of contact for the AMPI Test Planning team regarding shipment issues and concerns.

• 5S Excellence:

Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workspace by performing and upholding 5S standards in the Samples Warehouse and packing areas.

What You Will Need

• The Foundation:

At least 2 years of college education.

• Proven Experience:

A minimum of 3 years of relative experience in warehouse operations and international shipping processes.

• Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.

• System Advantage:

Prior knowledge of Oracle and Camstar is a significant advantage in this role.

• The Mindset:

A high level of accountability, discipline, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Communication:

Strong coordination skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams like Test Planning and Import/Export.
