The Opportunity

This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated and hands-on technician to join our production team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of our manufacturing operations, ensuring that all equipment runs efficiently and reliably. You will provide critical technical support, perform essential maintenance, and collaborate with engineers and peers to solve problems and drive continuous improvement. If you are a disciplined, proactive individual with strong technical skills and a commitment to quality, this position offers a chance to make a direct impact on our production success.

What You Will Do

• Execute daily and weekly maintenance activities.

• Exemplify the implementation of accountability, discipline, moral conduct, and 5S.

• Ensure that your next shift is covered by providing technical support to the production line.

• Initiate the communication of all equipment issues and concerns affecting equipment efficiency and performance to engineers. Provide necessary technical data to ensure that responsible engineers can give accurate disposition.

• Follow standard operating procedures and consistently log all repair activities for all machines.

• Perform tools and instruments upkeep, keeping them in good condition.

• Assist in making periodic analyses of line issues, analyze root causes, and implement activities to eliminate top recurring issues.

• Collaborate with other departments and peers to reduce downtime and achieve department goals.

What You Will Need

• Proven experience in a maintenance or technical support role, preferably within a manufacturing or production environment.

• Strong technical and troubleshooting skills to diagnose and repair equipment issues.

• A disciplined approach to following standard operating procedures (SOPs) and maintaining detailed logs.

• The ability to analyze technical data and assist in root cause analysis.

• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with engineers, peers, and other departments.

• A proactive and responsible work ethic with a commitment to accountability and 5S principles.

• Experience with the upkeep and maintenance of tools and instruments.

• A collaborative, team-player mindset focused on achieving shared goals and reducing operational downtime.
