What You Will Do
- Operational Support: Handle essential daily duties including answering and directing phone calls, sorting and distributing mail, and providing a professional welcome to visitors.
- Records & Data Management: Perform routine data entry and manage the copying, scanning, and filing of documents to ensure that department records remain organized, accurate, and easily accessible.
- Team Coordination: Assist with the scheduling of meetings and help maintain calendars for the team or department to ensure optimal time management.
- Resource Management: Monitor and maintain the inventory of office supplies, proactively placing orders as needed to ensure the team always has the tools necessary to perform their work.
- Process Efficiency: Work under direct supervision to execute routine administrative tasks that contribute to a highly organized work environment.
What You Will Bring
- Educational Foundation: A High School diploma or equivalent. This is an entry-level position where on-the-job training will be provided to help you succeed.
- Technical Basics: Proficiency with common office software, specifically the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Organizational Mastery: Strong organizational skills and a keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills to interact professionally with team members and external visitors.
- Professionalism: A basic knowledge of standard office practices and procedures, combined with a willingness to learn and grow within a corporate structure.
