The Opportunity
Allegro is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Operator to join our world-class manufacturing team. In this essential role, you will be on the front lines of creating our cutting-edge semiconductor products, directly contributing to their quality and performance. What You Will Do

Execute Assembly Processes: Meticulously perform assembly tasks by strictly following the procedures outlined in the appropriate Work Instructions.

Ensure Quality & Compliance: Adhere to all applicable procedures and specifications. You will be empowered to hold any in-process run that falls below the trigger yield or is off-specification, promptly informing the Production Supervisor for disposition.

Champion Safety: Comply with all applicable safety rules and regulations as written in the SSE-OSH Occupational Safety and Health Manual. Immediately report any observed workplace hazards, unsafe conditions, injuries, or near-miss incidents to your supervisor.

Maintain Workplace Excellence: Actively implement and sustain 5S principles and excellent housekeeping practices within the workplace to ensure a clean, safe, and organized environment.

Uphold Company Standards: Comply with all company rules and regulations as detailed in the Code of Employee Discipline.

Communicate & Improve: Keep your supervisor informed of any anomalies, problems, potential improvements, or other work-related issues encountered in the production area. Proactively make work suggestions for continuous improvement.

Develop & Adapt: Attend all required trainings to stay current with best practices and willingly accept cross-training and reassignments to other areas or shifts to enhance your flexibility and support the team's needs.
What Will You Bring?

Completion of a minimum of 2 years in college or a graduate of a 2-year course.

A mature, stable, and flexible disposition, with the ability to work well under pressure.

Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with others.

Excellent organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail.

The ability to consistently follow standard operating procedures and detailed instructions.
